Our challenge
Perspect.ai set out to build the ultimate HR platform by creating a talent recommendation model. The challenge was to create an interface that helps understand human abilities while meaningfully engaging users and providing unlimited insights that would help HR teams in making the right talent decisions.
How we made it happen
Together we strategized and built a platform for the recruitment process and collect meaningful data from prospective talent. We were able to identify unique user data points that helped Perspect.Ai in creating their recommendation model while also designing an intuitive interface that could clearly guide their users.
Case Study
Our design team created a lightweight UI which was made live by the development team. Further down the line, we added Machine Learning functionality.
