ZestIOT is engineered as an IOT/AI platform to connect the 4 key journeys of passengers, baggage, ground assets and airport together to make use of Data Sience and Artificial Intelligence to drive the growth for future with products like AviLeap & groundRadar. Connected ground operations with aircraft flight operations, enhancing customer check-in & onboarding experience, & empowering the customer with baggage tracking information are key enablers for future travel experiences. Integrated workflows empower hub control to avoid delays, identify critical paths & recover delays. Machine learning can enable growth & peak hour load factor simulation, thereby enabling better planning & resources management.

Our challenge
The lack of visibility of ground operations & their delays lead to disjointed operations, late reactions & customer dissatisfaction. The challenge was to create an intelligent system for the detection of Aircraft Turnaround Operations to help the aircraft coordinate and communicate with their ground-level employees.
How we made it happen
An end-to-end solution using IIOT and computer vision, our advanced artificial intelligence engine can break down complex tasks, detect human activities, identify defective units, and measure temperature. The complete digitization of ground operations has enabled our customers to monitor their workforces and products.
Our team strategized and created lightweight UI screens that was intuitive and easy to navigate. These designs went through several iterations and were finally brought to life by our developers.
